Fashion Show is the largest shopping destination on Las Vegas Boulevard with eight fashion-based department stores and over 250 retail shops located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. It is now one of the largest shopping centers in the nation as a result of a $1 billion, four-year renovation and expansion project that more than doubled the size of the center to over 1.9 million square feet.
The expansion includes several one-of-a-kind features that make shopping at Fashion Show a unique experience in retail.
One of those is the Great Hall which includes central 80-foot-long retractable runway which rises out of the floor and becomes the site fashion shows and other special productions.
Another is a 480-foot-long ‘Cloud’ structure above a 72,000 square-foot plaza on the Las Vegas Strip emphasizing multi-media experiences of both fashion images and live fashion show events as well as an 11,288 square-foot food venue with seating for 1,500.
Fashion Show is one of the many entertainment retail projects of Future Cities’ principal Sean Duncan.
